Just fantastic! I love the matte black it looks great with our counter top. The installation instructions had color photos that made it easy to understand. I never installed a faucet but I had no problem, no leaks! My husband was very surprised that I could do it with no help.
The water come out very fast. The retractable head works so well that I can’t believe I waited so long to replace the existing faucet.

I am very happy with this faucet considering how affordable it was. Installation was very easy and the faucet came with everything needed for the installation. there is a good length hose for the sprayer and the weight keeps it in place adequately. It would be nice if there were a magnet between the sprayer and faucet body but it stays in place regardless when retracted. I would recommend this to a friend.
I love love love this faucet! It was super easy to install, only took about 5 minutes once I removed the old faucet. The hardest part to installing is the removal of the previous one. The directions were clear, I liked that it had an illustration of each step. My kitchen was instantly upgraded and I’m super happy with this purchase! It was very affordable, seems to be quality, I love the matte finish. Beware, fingerprints are more visible but easily wiped down. It came packaged nicely and earlier than expected. Nothing negative to say about this product, I already recommended to two others and both purchased it.
I was concerned about quality of the faucet as the cost was about 1/3 of the cost of more familiar brands. The unit is well constructed. The mechanism makes the assembly firmly fixed to the countertop. When first turned on, the hot water barely flowed. After troubleshooting we found a hot supply tube that was partially twisted where it entered the faucet. A couple of issues may become problems. I am unsure whether a supply line can be replaced as they “disappear” going into the faucet main assembly. No fittings are visible at the faucet end. Also we found no info on how to deal with cartridge problems. The wow wow web site lists spare parts but no mention was made of cartridge. A cartridge was also not identified in documentation. There were three unlabeled rubber washers included in the package which may be useful in maintaining unit.
The unit looks great and functions as expected.
