Refund policy

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused or unworn, with its tags and original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Email service@wowowfaucet.com to request a return. If your request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package. See the return shipping costs below for details on who pays for shipping.

Please contact us before sending anything back. We cannot accept items returned without a prior return request.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to your own decision or error, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. The amount depends on the carrier you choose.

If we are responsible for a damaged or incorrect item, you will not be charged for return shipping.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns on:

Custom products, including special orders and personalized items.
Sale items or gift cards.
Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants.
Personal care goods, such as beauty products.
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different item is to request a return for your original purchase. Once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method.

Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process the refund and post it to your account.
