Even nicer than I expected. The directions could be better.
I can just say… exceptional customer service!!! I bought in June last year this product and finally this month I was able to have it installed as I remodel my bathrooms! Now, sadly it had an internal leak and I was worried as I contacted them that they would say I had it too long already! But not only they were quick, super friendly and helpful, they replaced the whole unit with no argument!

Looks great, contractor had no issue in installing. It’s been only one week so wont comment on durability but looks great.
