Let me start by prefacing that I have unusually high standards for products.
The Good:
– This faucet feels solid and provides excellent water pressure, even on spray setting, which is great for cleaning out the sink and blasting off debris so you don’t need to scrub out the sink so often.
– The price point is very competitive with items sold in stores.
– The material is all metal and some parts are actually coated with some kind of glazing I assume to assist with cleaning and prevent rust.
– The handle feels solid and provides great resistance.
– It comes with separable hose connection lines (ending in a 3/8 female thread).
– The sprayer has a completely sealed rubber sprayer button which I love. An open plastic sprayer button is a problem for members of my household as I know water and dirt will collect in the grooves around the loose plastic button and it is very difficult to clean around the button.
– Comes with spare aerators.
The Bad:
– It has the name “WOWOW” etched into the handle. It’s not super noticeable as you have to be looking from the right to see it.
– The magnetic head docking feature is available on some of their other models, but not in conjunction with the completely sealed rubber button, unfortunately. I would have loved to see both features in one offering.
– It appears that they have made some component upgrades in the past and failed to upgrade their instruction sheet. It looks like an o-ring was swapped for a pre-installed gasket, so it can’t be found in the box. Also the nut that secures the faucet to the counter is different. One critical install note that was not in the instructions: you should feed the faucet hoses through the washer and seal BEFORE connecting the extra washer supply lines. You can’t physically fit all three hoses through the metal washer and nut. This will contradict the instructions, which again–should be updated.
This faucet lives up to its name “Wow” as it’s very high quality and less than half the price of a Delta of the same quality and grade. This faucet was very well packaged in a box with foam cut outs to prevent shipping damage and even a pair of gloves. I didn’t use the gloves but this is a company that cares about the consumer. Highly recommend.
