We ship to most countries worldwide. Please select your destination country when placing your order.

Free Shipping

We currently offer free shipping on all products, including deliveries to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

Our U.S. Warehouses

We ship orders from our warehouses in College Point, New York; Sugar Land in the Houston area, Texas; and South El Monte in the Los Angeles area, California.

Houston-area warehouse:

Our South El Monte warehouse is actively shipping orders.

All returns must be approved in advance and sent to our New York warehouse. Our Los Angeles-area warehouse does not accept returns. Please follow our return instructions.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed in 1 business day. We ship packages through UPS or USPS using economy or standard services.

We use multiple warehouses across the continental United States. To get your items to you faster, we may ship them separately from different warehouses.

Orders shipped from China take approximately 10-20 days to arrive.
